Annelie Delgado 

Annelie Delgado traveled to Florianópolis, Brazil, in summer 2024 to work in wildlife conservation and partake in an immersive language and culture experience. She volunteered at R3 Animal, a local NGO which rescues and rehabilitates wild marine animals, largely birds. While volunteering, she lived with a host family and other Brazilian student volunteers. She also took conversational Portuguese lessons.
